살아있는 생명체는 본능적이고 자연스럽게 움직이고 살아가는데, 이렇게 끊임없이 움직이게 하는 힘은 그들 안에 존재하고 있다.
이러한 에너지는 생명을 유지하는 것뿐만 아니라 우리의 삶 속 과정에도 필요한 원동력이기도 하다.
본인은 주변 사람들의 노화와 죽음을 경험하면서 우리가 당연하게 생각하는 모든 순간들은 끊임없이 스스로 움직이는 힘에 의해 가능한 것임에 주목하게 되었다.
즉, 생명을 계속해서 움직이게 하고 살아있게 하는 힘에 대한 관심을 갖고 답을 구하였다.

본인은 기의 약동이 사람을 능동적으로 움직이게 하는 근원이라고 생각하였다.
그리하여 각자의 내면에 존재하는 에너지를 가시화하고자 그림 속 공간에 유동하는 기운덩어리로 표현하였다.

그림에 나타나는 기운의 형상은 본인의 사유방식의 변화에 따라 세 가지로 나눌 수 있다.
첫 번째로는 생명체가 마치 물 속 공간을 유영하듯이 표현하였다.
생명체가 움직이면서 물의 파장이 일어나는 것처럼 대상과 공간은 상호작용하며 기운이 피어난다.
고령토로 채색한 여백 부분은 변화가 가득하며 긴장감 있는 공간으로 기운덩어리가 자연스럽게 스며든다.
두 번째로는 일상 속 주변에 언제 어디서나 존재할 것 같은 대기처럼 표현하였다.
모이고 흩어지는 구름 형태의 기운덩어리가 잘 보이도록 공간을 채우는 색면을 번지고 마르기를 여러 차례 반복하며 중첩시켰다.
세 번째로는 생명의 근원적인 에너지를 상징적인 이미지로 추상화하였다.
행위에 의한 붓질과 크게 돌아가는 방향을 가지고 역동적인 형상을 조형하였다.

Living things move and live instinctively and naturally, and this constant force of movement exists within them.
This energy is not only the engine of life but also the driving force needed for our processes of life.
As I experienced the aging of people around me and the death of pets, I noticed that every moment we take for granted was always possible by the power to move on.
In other words, I sought answers with interest in the power to keep life moving and alive.

I thought that the vibration of Qi was the original source of the energy to move actively for mankind.
Thus, it expressed the inner energy as the mass of energy flowing into the space in the painting.

The image of the energy in the painting was divided into three groups, according to my way of thinking about energy.
First of all, it is a work that expresses life as if it were a space in the water.
Just as life moves and water waves occur, the target and the space interact and energy grow.
The space, colored with kaolin, is full of changes and naturally penetrates into a tense space.
Second, it is expressed as if it would be anywhere, anytime around the world.
In order to see the cloud-shaped mass of energy gathering and dispersing, the colorful surface filling the space was spread and dried repeatedly and overlaid.
Third, it is an abstraction of the original energy of life as a symbolic image.
A dynamic shape was created with a brush and a large rotation.
